The method to Draw in Google Docs is by opening the new drawing window, the “Drawing” option available in the “Insert” tab of the Menu Bar. Let’s perform it practically using the following steps:

Step 1: Open the Drawing window

Click on “New” using the “Drawing” option, which is available under the “Insert” tab of the Menu Bar:

Step 2: Draw Any Shape

After that, the user can make a drawing in that window:

Users can add Text, Shapes, and Images using the above options in the toolbar:

Using Existing Shapes

In this scenario, we are using the “Shape” option to draw an arrow, as shown below:

You can add some text to the shape as well. Like, the text box is applied on the above-shown arrow:

Add the image using the “Image” option:

Step 3: Insert the Drawing Into the Document

Once you are all done with the drawing, click on the “Save and close” option on the page:
